Everyone comes to know the facts after knowing the certain knowledge/info on that and then he decides whether it's right or wrong. It's depending on two things 1) Already the info he knows about an incident and he re thinks his views as per external forces(factors by hearing, seeing, reading etc) go into his mind and then he makes the change in his view to decide right or not. But the facts are facts whether the person knows it or not, decides whether right or wrong.
